Renato Ratti Barolo Marcenasco 1982 is a mature, full-bodied red wine produced from Nebbiolo grapes in the La Morra zone of Barolo in the Piedmont region of northern Italy. Historical records testify to the cultivation of Nebbiolo grapes in Marcenasco in the 12th century. Renaro Ratti first produce wine from this are in 1965. On the 1985 vintage. "A fairly elegant style with lots of tea, tar, truffle and chocolate flavours that are highly extracted. It`s got plenty of tannin but it`s very well balanced." Wine Spectator
