This renowned Champagne House cultivates an estate of 100 hectares and obtains grapes from around 300 hectares across 40 crus of the Champagne region, spanning the vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs. WIth a history that stretches back to 1818, today the illustrious Maison Billecart Salmon is in the hands of 7th generation, Mathieu Roland-Billecart.

Offering a superb array of cuvées, from Brut Nature to Brut Réserve, Rosé to Vintage, this is a truly historic Champagne house. In 2018 the House celebrated 200 years since its establishment in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, producing a limited edition Bicentenary Cuvée from a special blend to mark the occasion. Purity of fruit, delicacy and terroir expression are key to the Billecart Salmon philosophy, using the traditional Champagne varietals - Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier to create stand out traditional method sparkling wines.
