Located in Newburgh, Fife, in the heart of Scotland's Lowlands, Braeside Bond offers state-of-the-art, secure, and climate-controlled warehousing, ideal for the maturation of fine whiskies.

Opened in mid-2024, Braeside Bond is a modern bonded warehouse designed to meet the growing demands of spirit maturation, storage, and distribution. The facility boasts 20,000 square feet of secure storage space with a capacity to house over 14,000 casks, making it a pivotal hub for cask maturation.
