Opus One 2021 is a tribute to Cabernet Sauvignon. The vintage was predominantly dry, marking it as the second driest in Opus One`s history, with cooler temperatures and no excessive heat. These conditions allowed the Cabernet Sauvignon to flourish, composing an impressive 93% of the blend. Opus One 2021 exudes enticing dark-fruit aromas, with a bright, fresh attack. The concentrated flavors echo these aromas, accompanied by a lush, creamy texture on the mid-palate, thanks to the fine-grained tannins.
