Giacomo Borgogno e Figli is one the leading wine producers in Piedmont, with a rich heritage that goes back to the 1760s. The main property is located in the centre of Barolo town and their historic cellars dug into the surrounding hillside. Today the estate comprises plots in five of the Barolo cru vineyards, including the monopole Liste. This Barolo is from the 1969 vintage, a historic year marked by the first moon landing.
