Domaine Roblet-Monnot is a 9-hectare estate based in Volnay, currently managed by Pascal Roblet. He began farming biodynamically in 1997 and in 2002 stopped trimming the foliage to avoid stressing the vines. This release is from ‘Les Brouillards’, a Premier Cru in Volnay which is planted exclusively to Pinot Noir. The 2015 vintage for Burgundy was clearly excellent and these wines will be drinking well now.
