A superb blanc de noirs made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this champagne has spent three years on lees. The nose is filled with red fruits, toasted bread, spices, plus some earthy and mineral notes. The palate is textured, marked by a vibrant acidity, a rich mouthfeel and refined mousse. Long and velvety finish.
