Owned by the Vallana family, the estate is renowned for its Nebbiolo-based wines crafted under the Gattinara and broader Piedmont appellations. Among its four Nebbiolo-predominant wines is `Spanna,` named after the local term for Nebbiolo grape. Expect notes of dark fruit and spices, accompanied by a velvety texture and well-balanced underlying acidity. The finish is robust, featuring a touch of earth and a mineral grip.
