This 2002 vintage Edradour, distilled in March of that year, underwent initial maturation in a hogshead until February 2011, followed by a finishing period in a Marsala hogshead until July 2012. The nose presents notes of vanilla, liquorice, butterscotch syrup, dessert wine, coconut, oak wood, cinnamon, and fruit salad. On the palate, expect flavours of vanilla, butterscotch, oak wood, cinnamon, applesauce, and dessert wine.
