A fantastic heavily peated 10YO from the team at one of Scotland`s smallest distilleries - Edradour. Matured in a combination of ex-Oloroso Sherry casks and ex-Bourbon casks, notes of barley mingle with smoky oak on the nose while the palate mingles dried fruit with enticing peat notes. The finsih is pure is oak char and woodsmoke - one for fans of richer Islay malts.
