Bottled as part of Signatory`s Symington`s Choice range, which celebrates 35 years since the founding of the company, this Highland single malt was distilled in 2001. It spent 21 years maturing in a single, first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry cask before being bottled in 2023 at a natural cask strength of 53.3%.
