Domaine Tollot-Beaut, located in Chorey-lès-Beaune, was started in 1880 by François Tollot. The fifth generation of the family, Nathalie Tollot and her two cousins, Olivier and Jean-Paul, now oversee the business. They own approximately 24 hectares across four communes. Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune, Aloxe-Corton and Chorey-lès-Beaune, where this release comes from. The wines from this appellation tend to have a lighter body and are quite approachable in their youth.
