Bressan Schioppettino is one of the most expressive examples of this native grape of Friuli-Giulia, northern Italy. Schioppettino - also known as Ribolla Nero - is a grape variety high in rotundone, producing a distinct peppery note in red wines. This wine is inky with intense wild blackberry, raspberry and blueberry fruit, with complementary notes of juniper, moss and sandalwood.
