A Californian take on the Schioppettino grape variety (also called Ribolla Nera), which originates in the Friuli region of Italy and Slovenia. Produced from vines planted in 1996 in the Western Oak Knoll area of Napa Valley. Expect flavours of cedar, black pepper, violets, and raspberry. Incredibly fresh tasting, with a stony minerality underlying the cooling flavours, naturally low alcohol and a very clean finish.
