This release is one of Giuseppe Mascarello’s flagship wines which comes from a single vineyard or ‘cru’ called Monprivato. This vineyard is located in the commune of Castiglione Falletto, known for producing exceptional Barolos. The 2010 vintage in Piedmont was characterized by excellent weather conditions, which allowed for optimal ripening of the Nebbiolo grapes. The resulting wines are known for their concentration, structure, and ageing potential.
