Azienda Agricola Mauro Veglio is a family-owned estate covering approximately 14 hectares, planted to Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto. This Barolo DOCG is made from grapes grown in Mauro’s youngest and most vigorous vineyards in the townships of La Morra and Monforte d’Alba. The wine is aged for 24 months in small oak barrels, 20% of which are new. The 2018 vintage is already approachable now but will benefit from a few more years in the cellar.
