Idda is the collaborative Sicilian project of Alberto Graci and Angelo Gaja. This is the inaugural release of their Etna Rosso which is a blend of the local varieties, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. It is bright and aromatic with attractive notes of red fruits, wild herbs and woody spices. Supple in texture, it elegantly caresses the palate but retains classical Etna structure and freshness.
