Based in the village of La Morra, Marcarini is a wine producer that has been family-owned for six generations. The estate covers approximately 25 hectares of vineyard, spanning both the Langhe and Roero regions. This 1965 Barolo comes from Brunate, one of the most prestigious vineyards in the entire Piedmont region. The 1965 vintage was a successful one for most of Italy, and produced some very good, age-worthy Barolo and Barbaresco wines.
