Based in Alba, Ceretto is one of the top wine producers in Piedmont, known for their single-vineyard Barolos. Founded by Riccardo Ceretto in 1937, the estate is still family owned and managed to this day. ‘Bricco Asili’ refers to the first winery built by Bruno and Marcello Ceretto back in 1973. This particular release is a beautiful and fully mature example of Barbaresco, revealing notes of dark cherries, raisins, dates, a hint of leather and a touch of soy sauce.
