Il Bosco is another of Cesari`s excellent single vineyard Amarones. Classic in production and classic in style with notes of raisin and prune dominate on the nose along with dark chocolate notes and touch of toasted oak. The palate is well structured - balancing rich, sweet fruit with nimble acidity ahead of a long, evolving finish. This is a masterclass in traditional Amarone and is drinking beautifully after two decades in the bottle.
