For still wines, look to the fresh peach profile of 100% Turbiana wines, for reds Nino Negri’s glorious Chiavennasca (local name for Nebbiolo), exciting red blends from Maurizio Zanella’s Ca’ del Bosco or the delights of the local ‘Uva Rara’ variety.
