Bellavista Satèn 2018 is a vintage traditional method sparkling wine, crafted using the from 100% Chardonnay grapes in Italy`s renowned Franciacorta region. The term `Satèn`, meaning `silky`, reflects its notably elegant style, achieved through lower atmospheric pressure during production, resulting in a softer effervescence. Produced exclusively in exceptional years, the Chardonnay is sourced from high-altitude vineyards. After blending, the cuvée matures for four years in the cellar before release. The wine displays a rich mousse and extremely fine bubbles, with a straw-yellow hue. Aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits, and hazelnut lead to a smooth, creamy palate, perfectly balancing ripe nuances with refreshing acidity.
