Dislivelli Rosso di Valtellina is a biodynamic Nebbiolo from Lombardy in northern Italy. Produced from a 1ha plot of vines on a steep slope of rocky clay soils in the Sassella `cru` of Valtellina, it undergoes long maceration with skins before being aged in small ceramic amphoras. An aerial and delicate expression of Nebbiolo expressive of the wild Alpine landscape in which it is grown.
