Age Verification

The sale and delivery of alcohol are subject to age restrictions. By placing an order, you confirm that you and any recipient of the order (where different from you) are at least 18 years old and meet the applicable legal drinking-age requirements in the place where the order is placed, delivered or collected. We may request proof of age or other photographic identification before accepting, processing, dispatching or delivering an order, or when an order is collected. We may operate a Challenge 25 policy, and our delivery partners may apply their own age-verification procedures, including requesting photographic identification and, where applicable, obtaining an adult signature on delivery. Delivery or collection may be refused if age cannot be verified or if applicable legal requirements relating to the sale or delivery of alcohol have not been met.

Collection

If you prefer to collect your order from our shop, notify a member of the team or select "Collection" at checkout. The collection process is entirely contactless for your convenience. Collection of alcohol may be subject to age verification in accordance with the Age Verification section above.

Orders for collection may be available on the same day or the next working day. A member of the team will contact you to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

Same Day Delivery

Our Packaging

All packaging used by Hedonism Wines is either fully recyclable or biodegradable. Bottles are placed in high-grade inflatable packaging and then packed in reinforced, double-wall cardboard boxes made specifically for Hedonism Wines. This helps to ensure that your bottles arrive safely.

Ex-VAT Shipping

If your order is to be delivered outside the UK, you will pay the lower "ex-VAT" price listed. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to local taxes and duties in the destination country.

Electric Vehicles and DHL GoGreen

For Central London deliveries, we use a combination of electric and traditional-fuel vehicles, while all other UK deliveries and the vast majority of our international deliveries are undertaken using DHL's carbon-neutral GoGreen delivery service.

Shipping Destinations

Central London

Deliveries in Central London are undertaken in Hedonism Wines' own vehicles. We offer complimentary delivery to the following postcodes and can accommodate AM- or PM-specific delivery requests.

W1, WC1, WC2, SW1, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW10, SW11, W2, W8, W9, W11, W14, NW1, NW3, NW8 and SE1.

United Kingdom

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free for orders over £250 sent to a single address. Orders are delivered by DHL and usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days. Standard delivery to a UK address starts from £8.95.

Pre-12 is available to some UK postcodes at £19.95. If this service is available for your postcode, it will appear as an option at checkout.

Europe

Deliveries to Europe are undertaken by DHL International. Standard delivery, taking 4 to 8 working days depending on the destination, and express delivery, taking 3 to 4 working days, are available for some European destinations. Available options will be shown at checkout.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Hedonism Wines cannot be held responsible for the actions of foreign customs authorities. We strongly advise you to contact your local customs office before purchasing.

Hong Kong

We can ship both wines and spirits to Hong Kong. On arrival in Hong Kong, all wines are stored in temperature-controlled facilities and delivered locally in temperature-controlled vehicles, helping to ensure that your wine is handled appropriately in transit. Delivery usually takes 6 to 8 days from dispatch.

Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and duties. To avoid unexpected customs charges, please visit the 'Contact Us' page so that we can advise you about your shipment. We also recommend contacting your local customs office to confirm the duties and taxes payable on arrival.

Rest of the World

We deliver to many countries beyond those mentioned above, including Taiwan, Singapore, Macau, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and certain Canadian territories.

USA

We can deliver goods to every US state except Utah. Deliveries are fulfilled by FedEx or UPS, require an adult signature and usually take 1 to 3 weeks. Delivery costs, local duties and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to Utah. We can, however, deliver to friends, family members and workplaces in neighbouring states, which may be helpful for some customers. We are also unable to deliver to PO boxes or military bases.

Returns

Broken or Damaged Goods

Bottles Missing or Wrong
