A blend of local grape varieties including Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera, Rosa dei Frati is an attractive salmon pink in colour, and offers zesty, vibrant notes of forest fruits and whitecurrants. This is a perfectly balanced rosé with a refreshing finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with light vegetable or seafood dishes.
