Situated in the picturesque town of Pitlochry, Blair Athol Distillery is a major contributor to the Bell`s Blend, one of the most popular blended whiskies in the UK. ‘Jam on Toast’ is an independent release from Wemyss Malts, the Scotch whisky makers owned by the family of the same name. Distilled in 1991, the spirit spent 30 years in a first-fill sherry hogshead and was bottled at 50.6% ABV. It offers rich fruit flavours, with a slightly savoury edge and a spicy finish. Only 237 bottles were produced.

Bottled by Douglas Laing & Co. as part of their XOP (XTra Old Particular) range, this is a 30-year-old single malt distilled at Glen Grant in 1991. The whisky was matured in a single refill hogshead for three decades, developing much of its current depth and complexity. There is plenty of black fruits on the nose, paired nicely with grassy notes. The palate includes a sweet layer of caramel custard and chocolate, balanced by fresh, zesty hints of lemon and orange.
