The Raiano family is committed to producing wines that best represent their local grape varieties, including Aglianico, which is harvested from a single, 10-hectare estate in Castelfranci. Ripe black fruits and sour cherry are markedly present on the nose. The palate is coated by ripe tannins and a pleasant, slightly savoury aftertaste. A great option to serve with braised beef ravioli or mushroom risotto.
