This is an icon wine from one Campania’s most famous producers, Mastrobernadino, highly regarded for its Aglianico-based wines made under the Taurasi DOCG. The 1968 vintage was of such quality that they produced three special cuvées of Taurasi based on zonal terroir differences – this Riserva is a blend of all three. It is dense and ethereal with kaleidoscopic complexity and incredible youth and vigour. Decant several hours prior to serving.
