Loic Mahé Savennieres Fougeraies 2016 is a dry white wine produced from organically farmed Chenin Blanc grapes in the Savennieres appellation of the Loire Valley. Loic Mahé`s Fougeraies vineyard plot is planted on thin loamy soil with a subsoil composed of schist and weathered volcanic rock.
The resulting wine is full-bodied and textural with pronounced minerality and acid tension acidity, complementing notes of ripe orchard fruits and ginger spice.
