Domaine de Belliviere Coteaux du Loir Vieilles Vignes Eparses 2020 is a full-bodied dry white wine produced from very old-vine Chenin Blanc in the Loire Valley, France. Domaine de Belliviere produces scintillating Chenin Blanc wines using low-intervention winemaking principles, including moving wines by gravity, and minimal racking and sulphur additions. This cuvée is sourced from extremely high-density-planted Chenin Blanc aged about 90 years growing on clay and flint soil. Coming from the exceptional 2020 Loire vintage, it was matured on lees in oak barrels for 21 months. With an impeccable balance of concentration and freshness, the Vieilles Vignes Eparses cuvée is ready to drink now but will also cellar well for at least another decade.
