Loic Mahé Savennieres Amphora 2018 is a dry white wine produced from organically farmed Chenin Blanc grapes in the Savennieres appellation of the Loire Valley. This complex, linear, ageworthy Chenin was fermented in clay amphorae and sandstone egg-shaped vessels over a period of 12 months. The wine is was matured in amphorae for 18 months before bottling.
