Le Bourg is the leading cuvée and comes from a 1-hectare plot of vines that are between 75 and 95 years of age. The 2014 is incredibly intense, aromatically complex and beguilingly elegant, exhibiting beautiful notes of smoky black fruits, cedar, wild herbs and earthy minerality. This will have a wonderfully long life and is best cellared for a few more years before trying.
