Bodegas Sánchez Romate Hermanos has a long and illustrious history of sherry and brandy production and was, at one stage, appointed the official supplier of sherry to the House of Lords and the Vatican. Palo Cortado Regente is part of the redesigned Special Reserves range and is on average over 15 years of age. Combining stylistic elements of Amontillado and Oloroso, it is relatively full-bodied, sleek and elegant, with notes of dried fruits, nuts, citrus peel, roasted coffee and tobacco.
