Tres Palmas Fino 50cl

The Palmas range of Tio Pepe sherries is a very limited release of aged wines. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, they offer a fascinating snapshot through the various different ages of the Tio Pepe solera. Tres Palmas is a Fino sherry that has been aged under flor for an average of 10 years. Drawn from a single cask out a choice of 150, it is defined by its unique personality, elegance and complexity. The additional age gives an atypically deep-coloured sherry that is fuller-bodied and has more developed character. Rich and broad, if offers up lovely layers of dried apricot, hazelnut praline, walnut and toffee, with a long, saline finish.
