Domaine Gitton Sancerre Silex Galinot 2020 is a single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from the Sancerre region of the Loire Valley. Pascal Gitton is viewed by many as a pioneer of site-specific Sancerre wines and was a formative influence on the late Didier during the early 1990s. This wine comes from Gitton`s 0.7ha Galinot vineyard planted on flinty Silex soil and shows a wonderfully complex array of yellow fruits, aromatic herbs and fine, smoky minerality.
