Pioneering “orange” winemaker Josko Gravner ferments prized local variety, Ribolla, in amphorae with extensive skin contact, wild yeasts and no temperature control. The 2009 is a gorgeous golden copper colour with expressive aromas of dried fruit, pine and honey. The wine is dry and textural with a superb finish.
