`Alberelli di Giodo Etna Bianco 2021 is a dry white wine made by the celebrated Italian winemaker Carlo Ferrini in the Etna region of Sicily. Produced from old, phylloxera-free Carricante vines on volcanic soil at 800-900m altitude, it was matured for six months on lees in steel tanks and a further 10 months in bottle.
