Primosic is a well-regarded winery located in the Collio DOC region of north-eastern Italy, close to the border with Slovenia. The region is known for producing high-quality white wines, thanks to its unique terroir characterized by hilly terrain, favourable microclimates, and marl and sandstone soils called ‘Ponca’. The Primosic Ribolla Gialla evokes aromas of white flowers, green apple, citrus, and a hint of almond. The palate is fresh and crisp, with lively acidity that balances the wine`s fruitiness, and may also exhibit a slight minerality. This wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, including seafood, light pasta, and white meat dishes.
