Ezio Poggio Caespes Timorasso 2021 is a dry white wine produced from Timorasso grapes in the Colli Tortonesi Terre di Libarna appellation of Piedmont. Siblings Ezio and Mary Poggio are part of a new generation of Piedmontese winemaker promoting the special qualities of the Colli Tortonesi`s indigenous white variety, Timorasso. Their Caespes 2021 is terroir-driven and bursting with ripe citrus, bruised apple, dried herbs and fragrant spices, along with a fine, flinty minerality.
