A beautiful red blend is comprised of fruit from three unique appellations, Napa Valley, Sonoma County, and Lake County. The 2011 vintage is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc. Opening with notes of cedar, tobacco leaf and liquorice. This full bodied elegant wine is fills the palate with flavours of cherry, black currant grilled Portobello mushrooms and black pepper. The wine displays an excellent structure and perfect balance.
