Didier Dagueneau was affectionately known as the “Wild Man of Pouilly” not least because of his looks, but due to his approach to winemaking often being seen as radical and even controversial. Having tragically passed away, his legacy lives on in the remarkably pure and intense wines produced by his children, Benjamin and Charlotte. Buisson Renard is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a clay-rich parcel at the lower end of Saint Andelain. It is generally considered the richest and most generous wine of the range.
