Vacheron Sancerre Le Pave 2021

`Domaine Vacheron Sancerre Le Pavé 2021 is a dry white wine produced from a biodynamically farmed single vineyard of Sauvignon Blanc in the Sancerre appellation of the Loire Valley. Certified biodynamic since 2005, Domaine Vacheron is one of the leading producers in the Sancerre appellation, producing Sancerre with minimal intervention in the cellar (spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtering) with the aim of retaining the distinct terroir character of Sauvignon Blanc grown on the region`s prized, flinty silex soil. Refined, pure and finely structured, the domaine`s Le Pavé cuvée comes from a small east-facing vineyard planted on marl soils.
