Produced from 100% Nebbiolo, known locally as Chiavennasca, from Valtellina DOCG in Northern Lombardy. Sfurzat is produced by drying the grapes prior to fermentation to create the opulence of Amarone with the elegant complexity of Barolo. Medium- to full-bodied with ethereal perfume and flavours of clove, pepper, liquorice and wild cherry.
