Bodegas Hidalgo la Gitana is a historic producer of Manzanilla sherries and one of the oldest sherry producers in existence. Produced from 100% Palomino Fino harvested in the producer`s vineyards in Balbaina y Miraflores, two of the most respected zones around Sanlúcar. The iconic `La Gitana` shows a lively nose of yellow apple, floral notes and a touch of salinity. Apples and salted almonds on the palate with light herbal notes.
