One of the largest estates in Pomerol, Château La Pointe spans 23ha of Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines. The 2015 is a blend of 84% Merlot and 16% Cabernet Franc, and offers up a nose filled with black fruit, cherry, blackberry and wild blueberry, together with violet nuances. Well structured on the palate, with smooth, velvety tannins, persistent fruity notes and a wonderfully fresh finish.
