La Raia Gavi Riserva 2020 is a single-vineyard dry white wine produced from biodynamically farmed Cortese grapes in the Gavi DOCG of Piedmont in northern Italy. Produced from low-yielding old vines from the south east-facing La Madonnina vineyard, this Riserva is fermented with indigenous yeasts, matured on fine lees in steel tanks and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Mineral, rich and saline with refreshing acidity and complex stone fruit, citrus and floral flavours, this wine would complement buttery fish and white meat dishes.
