Established in 1989, Fess Parker Winery was the brainchild of the late actor Fess Parker [1924-2010], renowned for his iconic portrayals of American frontier legends Davy Crockett and Daniel Boone. Situated in Santa Barbara County, the winery proudly remains as one of the few in the region that continues to be family-owned and operated. This particular Pinot Noir originates from four distinct vineyard sites within the Sta. Rita Hills appellation. Rio Vista Vineyard, Ashley`s, Parker West Vineyard, and Sanford & Benedict Vineyard. After careful crafting, the wine is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, with 21% of them being new, imparting subtle nuances during the maturation process.
