Jean Yves Bizot is a boutique wine producer based in Vosne-Romanée with a cult following. The domaine owns a tiny parcel in the Grand Cru of Echezeaux, from which they produce a maximum of five barrels each vintage. This release is from the 1983 vintage, which originally produced quite tannic red wines. This would make a wonderful gift for a 40-year-old birthday or anniversary in 2023.
