This is a superb Italian Riesling produced from a small plot of 30-year-old vines on Colla`s Cascine Drago estate. Lightly honeyed, floral and citrus notes on the nose, fine and taut on the palate with crisp, green apple character and bright acidity. A dry, mineral white capable of long aging. Enjoy it as an apéritif or alongside white fish and summer salads.
