Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard Chassagne-Montrachet Les Vergers 2022 is a full-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Premier Cru climat of Les Vergers in the Chassagne-Montrachet commune of the Côte de Beaune. Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Fontaine-Gagnard is a family-run domaine with approximately 12 hectares of vineyards. It was formed in 1985 by Laurence Gagnard and her husband Richard Fontaine after Laurence inherited part of Domaine Gagnard-Delagrange. The family`s Les Vergers cuvée combines concentration and elegance with a distinct linear quality and a stony minerality The 2022 vintage is generally regarded as one of the best in recent years, producing an abundance of ripe yet balanced white wines, with bright acidity and excellent ageing potential.
